• 500 g of honey
  • 500 g of walnuts
  • ¾ of a glass of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lard
  • pepper as needed
  • one orange peel cut in little cubes
  • flour as needed


Mix all the ingredients on the pastry board until it forms a smooth textured dough. Lightly grease the board surface, pull small strips of dough and cut into diamond shapes.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 °.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool before eating.
